Damned with faint praise: “through Indaba and Ubuntu is bearing remarkable fruit, and I believe this will be his most important legacy”, and after all he has done for TEc!
I’m sure what she was giving thanks for was not his departure but his inability to keep The Episcopal Organization on the straight and narrow.
The eschatological ring in my ear from her use of the scripture verse at the end of her comments did not help my overall impression.
I’m not surprised, and I’m not unhappy. It will be interesting to see if she thinks she will continue to get her way, or she will continue getting her way.
Prayers for a new lionhearted AB of C willing to stand up for the traditional Faith.
KJS may be in for a surprise, and she might want to begin thinking about her future once he leaves office.
