A Serious Prayer request for the South Carolina Clergy/Clergy Spouse Conference This week

I do not often do this but regular blog readers know there is a lot going on in the diocese and I mean it when I say it is a heartfelt request–KSH.

You may find information about it here.

  1. Katherine says:

May the Lord bless the Diocese of South Carolina and all its clergy and their families, and may He guide them in all they do.

  2. Jill Woodliff says:

    [blockquote]2 Kings 2:6b-8 NKJV
So the two of them went on. And fifty men of the sons of the prophets went and stood facing them at a distance, while the two of them stood by the Jordan. Now Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground.[/blockquote]
    Our Father in heaven,
We thank You that the mantle of the prophet removes obstructions. Stir the hearts of those in attendance at the South Carolina clergy conference to recall and speak those words of Holy Scripture that will remove the obstructions to the establishment of Your kingdom in the Diocese of South Carolina as it is in heaven. Amen.

  3. Undergroundpewster says:

Lord, guide them and guard them as they gather together. Direct their thoughts and hearts to love and serve you in your mission here in South Carolina and the world.

I mention, for those of you are still praying, that we go all the way until eucharist which begins at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon.

Praise God it is a beautiful day today at Camp Saint Christopher.

  7. Adam 12 says:

I pray for strength in the clergy marriages during these challenging times. May God grant the clergy the graces they need as they minister to their flock.
