The Holy Land shots are from Bethlehem, not Jerusalem. The pipe band at the opening is the Syrian Orthodox Scout band; I think the later band is Syrian Catholic; I have no idea about the girls’ band. It’s a truly surreal experience to be in Bethlehem listening to Scottish pipe music being played in Arabic mode. See for example the lovely, if slightly bewildering example here:
