Juan, I just checked, there’s nothing that any of my elf colleagues have moderated. And we don’t have any kind of spam filter here that something could get caught in. We personally had problems the other day with a comment over on SF. Took 3 tries to get a comment to take. It *may* (this is truly just a guess!) have something to do with having Stand Firm and T19 open and being logged into them both at the same time? Not sure. In any case, just as on the old blog, we really do urge folks to be in the habit of saving long or carefully written comments that would be hard to reproduce. Two clicks: Ctrl-A (to highlight) and Ctrl-C (to get the text copied to your clipboard) will do it.
And if you do continue to have problems, let us know, we’ll try to understand why some comments don’t always post on first try.
Juan, we should have added to our “elf note” above, that when we could not get a comment to submit after 2 or 3 tries, we logged out and logged back in, and the comment submitted fine after that. Again, not sure if that really matters or if it was just a fluke, but it may be worth a try.
