While one community <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestate.com\/news\/coronavirus\/article254050403.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow noopener\">mourns the deaths of two schoolchildren<\/a>, among COVID\u2019s youngest victims, passionate crowds fill school board and council chambers to protest mask mandates.
