Ellis imposed new conditions, ordering Madoff to compile an inventory of all items in his home and barring him from transferring property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause the government has failed to meet its legal burden, the motion is denied,\u201d\u009d Ellis wrote in the order. \u201cThe government has failed to articulate any flaw in the current conditions of release.\u201d\u009d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601103&#038;sid=aGU4j7QKMMi8&#038;refer=news\">It seems bizarre to me but I just work here.
