But their behavior was not checked and the men were not disciplined, according to an external assessment of the ministry\u2019s culture released Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">The report identified a pair of problems at the flagship magazine of American evangelicalism: a poor process for \u201creporting, investigating, and resolving harassment allegations\u201d and a culture of unconscious sexism that can be \u201cinhospitable to women.\u201d CT has made <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.christianitytoday.com\/ct\/2022\/march-web-only\/we-fell-short-in-protecting-our-employees-editorial.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the assessment<\/a> public.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianitytoday.com\/news\/2022\/march\/sexual-harassment-ct-guidepost-assessment-galli-olawoye.html\">Read it all<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It&#39;s weird and hard and also good to read this and see so much truth of what I and other women who worked at CT saw and experienced.
