In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah:<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have a strong city;
\n he sets up salvation
\n as walls and bulwarks.
\nOpen the gates,
\n that the righteous nation which keeps faith
\n may enter in.
\nThou dost keep him in perfect peace,
\n whose mind is stayed on thee,
\n because he trusts in thee.
\nTrust in the Lord for ever,
\n for the Lord God
\n is an everlasting rock.
\nFor he has brought low
\n the inhabitants of the height,
\n the lofty city.
\nHe lays it low, lays it low to the ground,
\n casts it to the dust.
\nThe foot tramples it,
\n the feet of the poor,
\n the steps of the needy.\u201d<\/p>\n
The way of the righteous is level;
\n thou dost make smooth the path of the righteous.
\nIn the path of thy judgments,
\n O Lord, we wait for thee;
\nthy memorial name
\n is the desire of our soul.
\nMy soul yearns for thee in the night,
\n my spirit within me earnestly seeks thee.
\nFor when thy judgments are in the earth,
\n the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.<\/p>\n
