Workers 65 and over also are working longer hours and making more money than they were in the past.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn some ways, this isn\u2019t surprising: We\u2019re an aging society,\u201d said Richard Fry, a senior researcher at Pew Research Center and lead author of the study. \u201cBut it isn\u2019t just that there are more older adults in the workforce, it\u2019s that a larger share of them are working.
