Thew Forrester as bishop of Northern Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>The word that Waggoner used most (about a half-dozen times) to describe Thew Forrester is \u201cintegrity.\u201d\u009d Bishop Waggoner said he knows Thew Forrester, he\u2019s worked with Thew Forrester, he\u2019s read the bishop-elect\u2019s writings and he\u2019s observed the bishop-elect\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a person of integrity in his proclamation of the Gospel, in his preaching, in his teaching.
