THE Bishop of Aberdeen & Orkney, the Rt Revd Anne Dyer, said on Friday that some of her episcopal colleagues had chosen to \u201cthreaten\u201d her in an \u201cunprofessional and un-Christian manner\u201d by asking her to resign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFor the avoidance of doubt, there is no prospect that I will allow them to pressure me into quitting a role I cherish,\u201d she said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
