Now Europe is facing months of political paralysis just as its many simmering crises are coming to a boil<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With both France and Germany led by minority governments, the continent\u2019s key powers are facing months of impotent introspection as challenges pile up, from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/world\/allies-fret-over-trump-presidency-as-authoritarian-axis-challenges-u-s-led-order-3f2d2cb9?mod=article_inline\">a hostile second Trump administration<\/a>&nbsp;to the economic headwinds from China and Russia\u2019s steady advances in Ukraine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The political currents tossing governments across Europe are similar to those that propelled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/topics\/person\/donald-trump\">Donald Trump<\/a>&nbsp;to win back&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/politics\/elections\/trump-defeats-harris-marking-historic-comeback-c2aba47f?mod=article_inline\">the presidency<\/a>, the Senate and very possibly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/politics\/elections\/republicans-poised-to-keep-control-of-house-after-winning-senate-34fda68e?mod=article_inline\">the House<\/a>.
