Within the Church there had been, she said, an \u201cossification, if not growth, of the viewpoints purported by those who feel unable to receive the ministry of women bishops or priests or those male bishops who have ordained them\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI have to say to my sister in Christ and fellow bishop who used that term \u2014 not by name, but by association \u2014 of me and all of you \u2014 very firmly: No!\u201d he told the congregation at St Andrew\u2019s, Holborn, in London, on Tuesday. \u201cWhy?
