Of the cars sold last month, the EV share was 97 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By comparison, EVs last year accounted for 8 percent of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/climate-solutions\/2023\/09\/15\/ev-tipping-point-electric-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new car sales in the United States<\/a>, 13 percent in the euro zone and 27 percent in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat happened\u201d in Norway?
