Later that morning, The Post, which received an advancecopy, emailed Wood with dozens of questions about the document\u2019s allegations. The presentment accuses him of three charges outlined in the denomination\u2019s canons: sexual immorality, violation of ordination vows, and bringing \u201cscandal,\u201d including abusing his ecclesiastical power. If a church Board of Inquiry determines that the presentment warrants an ecclesiastical trial, a guilty verdict could result in sentences ranging from a \u201cGodly admonition\u201d to deposition or defrocking.
