It looks as if we are heading for a two-tier Anglican\u00c2\u00adism, with the anti-gay lot being able to have \u201crepresentative functions\u201d\u009d, and the inclusive lot being edged out of any decision-making processes.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, we have been something like a two-tier Church for a while, but the nature of this division is different from the one Dr Williams des\u00c2\u00adcribes. One tier is called the Church of England; the other is called Ang\u00c2\u00adlican\u00c2\u00adism.
