William Franklin sees the humor in a headline like The Times\u2019 \u201cDesperate Bishops Invited Rome to Park its Tanks on Archbishop\u2019s Lawn,\u201d\u009d but he considers it one of the exaggerations in coverage of the Vatican\u2019s plans regarding disaffected Anglicans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t feel like warring armies here in Rome,\u201d\u009d said Fr. Franklin, who has worked at the Anglican Center in Rome since 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Fr.
