This represents a population growth of approximately 11.82%.<\/p>\n<p>According to Episcopal Church statistics, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.episcopalchurch.org\/documents\/ASA_by_Province_and_Diocese_1998-2008.pdf\">the Diocese of Oregon<\/a> went from Average Sunday Attendance (or ASA) of 7,553 in 1998 to 6,924 in 2008.
