And business owners or executives who felt it was insensitive to travel as they cut costs and laid off workers are again making plans to get away, leisure industry experts added.<\/p>\n<p>Stacy H. Small, president of Elite Travel International, said at least half of her clients who were business owners cut back last year. \u201cI had a lot of clients say \u201d\u02dcI just don\u2019t feel right,\u2019 \u201d\u009d she said.
