It also outlines the raison d&#8217;\u00c3\u00aatre for the Church of the Province of South East Asia\u2019s agreement to sign the Anglican Communion Covenant. The historical events of the past decade which caused the \u201d\u02dctorn fabric of the communion\u2019 set the context in which the Province and the constituent Dioceses see the need for this process.
