Dr Williams was speaking after a majority of diocesan synods rejected the Anglican Covenant.<\/p>\n<p>Last weekend, three more diocesan synods \u201d\u201d Lincoln, Oxford, and Guildford \u201d\u201d voted against the Covenant. Three others \u201d\u201d Black\u00c2\u00adburn, Exeter, and Peterborough \u201d\u201d endorsed it.
