The Rt. Rev. Prince G. Singh, Bishop of Rochester, supported the resolutions, saying he knows what it feels like to be \u201cthe other.\u201d\u009d<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I am in India, people think I\u2019m an American. Here, people think I\u2019m from somewhere else,\u201d\u009d he said. The resolutions encourage healthy self-examination, he said.<\/p>\n
