The blessings are allowed both in states where same-sex marriages are legal or, as in the case of New Mexico, where they are not.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not a marriage in any way,\u201d\u009d Vono said in an interview Sunday. \u201cIt\u2019s not a legal marriage. It\u2019s not a marriage in the church.
