Yea, he shall see that even the wise die,
\n the fool and the stupid alike must perish
\n and leave their wealth to others.
\nTheir graves are their homes for ever,
\n their dwelling places to all generations,
\n though they named lands their own.
\nMan cannot abide in his pomp,
\n he is like the beasts that perish.
This is the fate of those who have foolish confidence,
\n the end of those who are pleased with their portion.
\nLike sheep they are appointed for Sheol;
\n Death shall be their shepherd;
\nstraight to the grave they descend,
\n and their form shall waste away;
