Episcopal division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Attorneys for the diocese asked Houck on Thursday to move the case back into state court.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Under federal law, there is no basis for federal jurisdiction,&#8221; attorney Alan Runyon said.
