Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio and others were holding now that Ebola had come to New York City.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is very important that people understand how Ebola is spread and what the risk is,\u201d\u009d Frieden said, but then that is something he has been saying all along.<\/p>\n<p>This wasn\u2019t about the state of preparedness at Bellevue Hospital now that Dr. Craig Spencer has been admitted there and officially diagnosed with Ebola. It is quite clear that the city was ready and the state was ready.
