As Rev. Youssef Denha \u201d\u201dhimself a refugee from Iraq\u201d\u201dflipped through the pages of the ledger where he tracked each handout, he set aside any pretense of seasonal optimism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a holiday of sadness, not happiness.
