Justin Welby mused that \u201cwe all inherit baggage from our predecessors\u201d\u009d and reassured the audience: \u201cWe [the Church] know more about losing the plot than any of you\u201d\u009d. Banks should \u201cchange the way they operate and interact.\u201d\u009d The impact was immediate. One top banker in the audience, who won a sweepstake on the length of the Archbishop\u2019s speech (16m 21s), was about to pocket the winnings. He then thought better of it.
