It is being launched during Dying Awareness week (May 17-23), run by the Dying Matters coalition, and made up of more than 30,000 members including the Church of England.<\/p>\n<p>GraveTalk, is being launched nationally at a giant caf\u00c3\u00a9 in Portsmouth Cathedral between 2pm and 9pm, tomorrow, May 19.
