The bald truth of those words would not win support for the movement. Still, Rehm declared that Jack Kevorkian, who went to jail for killing terminally ill patients, \u201cwas before his time\u201d\u009d and that \u201cthe country wasn\u2019t ready.\u201d\u009d<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2019s apparently ready now. The agenda is set.
