By saying nothing, you are sending a signal.\u201d\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Jayne Ozanne, a prominent gay evangelical within the Church of England and a member of its general synod, said: \u201cIt claims that \u201d\u02dcthere is neither victor nor vanquished\u2019. This is false. Those whose lives will be most impacted are our LGBT brothers and sisters around the world, of which the statement makes no mention.
