During the debate, the Synod heard a catalogue of examples of how sanctions had been \u201cinappropriate and disproportionately\u201d\u009d applied to claimants of Jobseeker\u2019s Allowance.<\/p>\n<p>The Archdeacon of Sheffield, the Ven.
