They bought policies on the newly created New York State exchange. But when they called doctors and hospitals in Manhattan to schedule appointments, they were dismayed to be turned away again and again with a common refrain: \u201cWe don\u2019t take Obamacare,\u201d\u009d the umbrella epithet for the hundreds of plans offered through the president\u2019s signature health legislation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnyone who is on these plans knows it\u2019s a two-tiered system,\u201d\u009d said Ms. Moses, describing the emotional sting of those words to a successful entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnytime one of us needs a doctor,\u201d\u009d she continued, \u201cwe send out an alert: \u201d\u02dcDoes anyone have anyone on an exchange plan that does mammography or colonoscopy?
