The area around the SSCC compound is \u201cunder control of the SPLA Government Forces,\u201d\u009d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The SPLA is the Sudan People\u2019s Liberation Army, and the current clashes are between the official South Sudanese army \u201d\u201c the SPLA government forces \u201d\u201c and opposition SPLA forces.
