{"id":6234,"date":"2008-05-20T02:21:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-20T02:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/127.0.0.1\/site\/2017\/2\/1985\/communique_from_the_anglican_lutheran_international_commission1\/"},"modified":"2008-05-20T02:21:00","modified_gmt":"2008-05-20T02:21:00","slug":"communique_from_the_anglican_lutheran_international_commission1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kendallharmon.net\/?p=6234","title":{"rendered":"Communique from the Anglican &#8211; Lutheran International Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(ACNS)<\/p>\n<p>The Third Anglican \u201d\u201c Lutheran International Commission (ALIC) held its second meeting at White Point, Nova Scotia, Canada between 14 and 20 May, 2007, under the chairmanship of the Rt Revd Fred Hiltz, Anglican Bishop of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, and the Revd Dr Thomas Nyiw\u00c3\u00a9, President of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cameroon.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission has been established by the Anglican Consultative Council and the Lutheran World Federation to continue the dialogue between Anglicans and Lutherans on the worldwide level which has been in progress since 1970.
