Bishop Sue Moxley said she was \u201cjust really disappointed\u201d\u009d that the house of bishops \u201cwould be holding back when it\u2019s clear other people are ready to go.\u201d\u009d She said some dioceses might simply go ahead and allow same-sex blessings.<\/p>\n
