Provost of St Mary\u2019s Cathedral in Glasgow, the Very Rev Kevin Holdsworth, said this week: \u201cWhen people talk about the Primates issuing sanctions, they have forgotten that the meeting is not a disciplinary body but is there to allow the Primates to listen to one another.<\/p>\n
