The majority of Americans now believe it is\u00a0<a class=\"icon \" href=\"http:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/fact-tank\/2017\/10\/16\/a-growing-share-of-americans-say-its-not-necessary-to-believe-in-god-to-be-moral\/\" target=\"_new\">not necessary to believe in God<\/a>\u00a0to have good morals, a study from Pew Research Center released Wednesday found. The percentage of people between the ages of 18 and 29 who \u201cnever doubt existence of God\u201d\u00a0<a class=\"icon \" href=\"http:\/\/www.people-press.org\/values-questions\/q41d\/i-never-doubt-the-existence-of-god\/#total\" target=\"_new\">fell from 81% in 2007 to 67% in 2012<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, more than half of young adults in the U.S.\u00a0<a class=\"icon \" href=\"https:\/\/www.upi.com\/Science_News\/2014\/02\/11\/Majority-of-young-adults-think-astrology-is-a-science\/5201392135954\/\" target=\"_new\">believe astrology is a science<\/a>. compared to less than 8% of the Chinese public. The psychic services industry \u2014 which includes astrology, aura reading, mediumship, tarot-card reading and palmistry, among other metaphysical services \u2014 grew 2% between 2011 and 2016.
