The new site features a centralised events calendar and also raises the profile of the Cathedral\u2019s fundraising efforts, including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeter-cathedral.org.uk\/news-events\/big-lego-build\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">its current Big Lego Build project.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Laurence Blyth of Exeter Cathedral explained that the Cathedral\u2019s previous site was no longer fit for purpose, which has led to the need for the commission. \u201cIt told the story of the Cathedral from a religious point of view, but hadn\u2019t kept pace with how the Cathedral needs to fundraise and attract tourist visitors.
