If an Anglican province signs up to the covenant, it agrees to not do anything contrary to the policies of the Anglican Communion.<\/p>\n<p>2. If it goes ahead and does it anyway, then it will have ignored the covenant.<\/p>\n<p>3. Which means &#8230; um, we&#8217;ll get back to you on that.<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe I&#8217;ve misread the draft.
