Lord, open our hearts to your grace.
Through the angel’s message to Mary
we have learned to believe in the incarnation of Christ your Son:
lead us by his passion and cross
to the glory of his resurrection.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
Gorgeous! The Annuncation by Justus Amman de Ravensburg at Santa Maria de Castello, Genoa, shows a piece on the wall. Mary wears rings with embroidery hooks and the blue/white threads are in the basket behind Gabriel. pic.twitter.com/7fRRM6u6q4
