Hmm. Perhaps the inhabitants all consider themselves “happy” because they are wealthy and living in wealthy communities? Or perhaps Coastal Living thinks the inhabitants are happy because they are wealthy and therefore able to spend a lot on luxuries, including, but not limited to, subscriptions to Coastal Living.
