I agree with both #1 and #2. Though I will say that after a while for me all of Lauridsen’s music sounds the same . . . . Not bad. In fact, quite lovely. But just very similar, one work to the next.
I note that this particular musical clip wasn’t filed anywhere. May I suggest that it be archived under “Culture Watch/Music?” That way it will be easier to find in the future, along with other marvelous musical posts.
