A Form of Prayer to Almighty God at this Time of War to be Used on Sunday, May 26th, 1940. Issued Under the Authority of the Archbishops of Canterbury and York (London: SPCK, 1940) p. 12
It is often referred to simply as a Form of Prayer 1940, it is a special 20 page liturgy for that momentus period in history for that country.
It is a wonderful liturgy with superb prayers in a time of war.
