The Primates’ Council of GAFCON will wish to study the outcome of the Lambeth Conference carefully and consult with those they are leading. They are meeting towards the end of August and will make their response following that meeting.

See also Abp. Jensen’s statement. Looks like they learned a lesson from issuing that earlier, unreviewed piece during the conference. I think they are also aware that the poobahs are out to demonize them and are going to proceed with deliberation and caution.
All to the good. We have enough dysfunctional people in TEC’s HOB – will be good to have a cadre of Anglican bishops who live out the ordinal’s call for a “sober” life.
