    The toddler actually passed away in March, but with the increased scrutiny over recent flu related deaths, samples were sent to the CDC for analysis, which confirmed it was the new flu strain. Local Houston news indicated that the toddler did not pass away at any of the major Houston hospitals, but the location is still not public.
