I think this is a very very big development. It shows that 1) the Parishes are almost uniformly using the name Anglican in the Church Name hence branding for want of a better term; 2) many Parishes are in fact exchanging their overseas ties with an orgainic US created diocese at the begining instead of just “waiting and seeing”; 3) some do not appear to have been previously affiliated with a Common Cause partner – does that mean that some independent Anglican or continuing church Anglican parishes are coming on board?
