I love Rodger, he is a classy champion. But I wanted to see Roddick win this time, he has labored mightily to improve his game. I’m sad for the guy…
Emotionally, just a devastating loss for Andy Roddick. He played superbly yet again, but Federer is just too good–particularly on serve–on grass.
Close to 80 games in the match and Roddick held serve until the last one, I think. Hard to imagine a better match
