    I see a down side in that governments could use the technology to monitor millions of telephone calls. The machine would know the difference between “Watson is going to be bombing on Jeopardy” and “Watson is in jeopardy of a bombing.” When used for sinister political ends, Watson could prove to be the ultimate Big Brother.
