I think that’s the beluga tank at Mystic Aquarium. If I remember correctly, they have several belugas(maybe 2-4) and personal interaction is allowed with them. As a result, the whales are very sweet and friendly, and love to swim in the front of the tank and show off for people. But, here it looks like the whale was also fascinated by the music–adorable!!
And Mystic is a GREAT aquarium if you can visit there.
